 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of The People's Gold products, I cannot offer a return or full refund on tinctures, teas, salves, or any other products. If you bought a product and cannot use it because of an allergy or adverse reaction, reach out and we will figure something out. Please email thepeoplesgold@gmail.com with any product concerns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the concern and make it right. Please email thepeoplesgold@gmail.com with any product concerns.


Environmental Sustainability is one of the key values that The People's Gold holds in all decision making. I take great care to source materials from organic, ethical, and small-business owned sources. I prefer to keep money flowing in local, regional, and small-business owners hands. 


I utilize USPS and UPS for shipping orders around the country. I do not currently ship internationally. Shipping costs are based off of the weight of products in the order. I aim to have plastic free packaging and shipping material. I use cardboard, and post-consumer recycled packaging paper. If you ever receive bubblewrap from me, know that it was recycled from a package I received.  

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available to those who are able to come to my apothecary. You can choose the local pick up option at checkout and I will reach out to coordinate a date and time. You will not be charged shipping or any fees for local pick up. I will refund any accidental shipping fees incurred with a local pick up.
