Ingredients: Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Horsetail, Marshmallow Leaf, Burdock Root, Milky Oat Tops, Plantain, Red Clover, Calendula

Suggested Use: Use one tablespoon of tea per cup. Steep for 20 minutes or overnight in a cup, teapot, mason jar, or pot with the lid on. Drink 1-3 cups daily.
